Tuesday Workshops - FREE Class, No Pre-registration or RSVP required, just show up any Tuesday!

Every Tuesday at 5:30 PM we provide a free one hour workshop that covers all aspects of the foreclosure process and buying strategies. In this workshop you will learn: Deed positions, Title information, differences between Judicial and Non-Judicial foreclosures, CMA's and determining value, the foreclosure lifecycle, differences between "short sale", "preforeclosure", and "REO", property "fix-up" strategies, developing an exit strategy, understanding tax strategies, and how to calculate a netprofit worksheet.

Thursday Meetings

Every Thursday at 5:30 PM we serve a delicious dinner and go over every single top pick of that week to prepare you for the upcoming auction. Each analysis provides an in-depth study of the foreclosing property. At the end we will help you with strike prices and how we will assist you in bidding on the properties at the auction.

You will also receive: Your personal access information and PASSWORD to our website that will provide real time market data for free, access to millions of dollars to borrow from our financial partner Eastside Funding, LLC and access to our Thursday evening strategy meetings.

Coming soon, we will be providing educational modules via webinars to our members whose schedules are not as flexible and aren't able to make it to our meetings. There will also be a SKYPE presentation for live presentations.
